Forced Draft Series Burners:
The forced draft series burners can be classified by structure into two types: electromechanical integrated and split type. This series of burners consists of multiple internal mixing nozzles, external mixing nozzles, and an air distribution duct. To facilitate combustion adjustment, air enters the burner in two parts during combustion, namely primary air and secondary air. By adjusting the primary air and secondary air volume and velocity, the flame shape and combustion conditions are regulated, ensuring stable combustion. They are suitable for high, medium, and low pressure gas.
Performance Features:
1. This series of burners features compact structure, attractive appearance, and convenient installation.
2. The combination of multi-head internal mixing and air dispersion ensures more stable combustion.
3. The standard design pressure for natural gas is 8–10 KPa, and it can also be designed according to the user's actual working conditions.
4. Wide power adjustment range: 30–110%.
5. Flame dimensions can be designed according to user requirements.
6. Various forms of automatic control can be configured: on-off type (damper on-off control, variable frequency on-off control), damper proportional control, variable frequency proportional control, touch screen digital control, industrial computer variable frequency proportional control, etc., to suit different user requirements.
7. Gas and damper are controlled through separate channels, with online setting of the air/gas ratio K value, accurately controlling the air/gas ratio and preventing errors caused by linkage transmission.
8. The system is equipped with various interlock protections such as flame detection, over-temperature, over-pressure, and valve train leak detection.
9. With the automatic control system removed, manual combustion can still operate normally and is easy to adjust.
