The coils are deposited in the pay-out stati......Together with our horizontal or vertical coiling systems, which are inhouse developments, we offer a complete system for the fully automatic milling of up to 40 bandsaw blades. The coils are deposited in the pay-out station. Up to 40 steel bands can be accommodated. Milled coils are wound onto reels in the tak-up station. A mobile carts is used for the easy unloading and tying of the finished coils and can be used to move tied-up coils to subsequent machining operations.
