Product Introduction

The ZDW96 series magnetic float level gauge consists of two parts: the on-site indication section and its auxiliary devices (level control switch and level remote transmitter). Users can also choose to use only the on-site indication section. This instrument is used for detecting the liquid level of media in various equipment such as towers, tanks, hoppers, spherical containers, and boilers. This series of level gauges offer high sealing, leak prevention, and are suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure, and corrosive environments. The measurement process is blind spot-free, providing clear display and a wide measurement range. Since the measurement display section does not come into direct contact with the medium, it is particularly advantageous for high-temperature, high-pressure, toxic, harmful, and strongly corrosive media. Therefore, it offers greater reliability, safety, advancement, and practicality compared to traditional glass plate (tube) level gauges.

When paired with the level control switch and level remote transmitter, the magnetic float level gauge can be used for remote control and display of the liquid level. As a result, it is widely applied in industries such as power, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, shipbuilding, construction, and food, for liquid level measurement and control in production processes.

Interface flange: adopt the latest HG20592 ~ 20635~97 flange standard issued by the Ministry of Chemical Industry in 1997; If the user needs to adopt other standards (such as GB, ANSI, DIN and other standards), it can be designed according to the user’s needs.
