This collaboration aims to promote the construction of a talent cultivation system in Malaysia's next-generation communication technology and AI application fields by integrating the technical resources of both parties.

According to the agreement, the cooperation between the two parties will unfold across multiple levels. Firstly, through management knowledge exchange programs, U Mobile and Huawei will share their practical experiences in 5G-A network planning, operation and maintenance, as well as the commercial application of AI technologies. Secondly, the two parties will jointly develop localized industry training modules. These modules will be customized according to the current state and future development direction of Malaysia's telecommunications industry to enhance the practical operational capabilities of local engineers and technical personnel in the 5G-A and AI fields. Furthermore, the cooperation also involves exploring innovative models for training methods, attempting to establish more efficient talent cultivation pathways that are closer to industry needs.
