Wedoany.com Report, On March 12, former Xiaomi executive Wang Teng announced on social media the official launch of his newly established brand "Jin Ri Yi Xiu" and its English name ISHO. According to Wang Teng, the ISHO brand has initiated trademark registration processes in over 20 countries and regions worldwide. Simultaneously, the team is preparing for the internal testing of the ISHO application.

Wang Teng elaborated on the brand's meaning in his post. ISHO stands for "Inner Strength High Output," which translates to "accumulate energy, unleash high efficiency." This English expression aligns closely with the Chinese brand name "Yi Xiu," together conveying the brand's core value proposition. Wang Teng stated that ISHO aims to challenge the traditional misconception that "rest equals laziness," emphasizing that rest is not a waste of time but a necessary process for physical repair, mental organization, and emotional release, with the ultimate goal of achieving more efficient output.

Regarding product development, Wang Teng revealed that the team is preparing for the internal testing of the ISHO application and expects to invite the first batch of internal test users to participate in the experience soon. He promised to provide more frequent project updates to the public and stressed that "real user needs are the primary foundation for defining products." This statement reflects the product philosophy from his time at Xiaomi, indicating that the new brand will adopt a user-need-driven research and development approach.

From a brand positioning perspective, Wang Teng's vision for ISHO is not limited to a single product. He clearly stated that ISHO's goal is to build a comprehensive sleep ecosystem. This ecosystem will rely on AI technology, in-depth sleep science research, and a closed loop of sleep ecosystem products. The plan is to develop a complete solution ranging from sleep monitoring to sleep improvement over the next 5 to 10 years. This means ISHO will start with software applications and gradually expand into hardware devices and data services, ultimately forming a product matrix that covers the entire sleep health cycle.

Wang Teng left Xiaomi in 2025, having previously been responsible for several of Xiaomi's core products. The launch of the ISHO brand marks his official entry into entrepreneurship and signifies the arrival of a new player from the consumer electronics field in the sleep health sector.
