Wedonay.com Report on Mar 18th, John Peterson, Product Manager at Acepak, recently introduced the company's latest advancements in bagged filling technology. As a manufacturer specializing in pre-made bag handling equipment, Acepak has achieved full-process automation from bag picking, opening, filling, to sealing through precise mechanical design. John Peterson explained: "We take the bag out of the hopper, open it, fill it and seal it. Every machine is designed to handle the bag perfectly – whether it’s spouted, zippered, hot liquid or cold liquid, whatever the customer needs."

Its flagship model, the Acepak-PF4H, features a four-head design, enabling a throughput of nearly 700 bags per minute in high-volume facilities. To withstand the demanding conditions of South African production sites, the system is constructed from 304 and 316 stainless steel and anodized aluminum, capable of enduring intensive cleaning operations. The equipment employs a tool-free maintenance scheme, allowing operators to perform quick disassembly and assembly via manual knobs and gender-coded piping without needing wrenches. To meet hot-fill requirements, the machine integrates advanced pulse sealing technology. John Peterson added: "We can do the heat sealing and cooling in one step. It guarantees the integrity of the bag, even for high-temperature products like sauces or baby food." This efficient bagged filling process effectively reduces the risk of product contamination and ensures tight sealing.

In response to rising raw material costs and market competition challenges, Acepak helps customers optimize logistics and reduce waste by providing modular and durable machines. For example, the cold beverage producer Zoomarati has put nine PF4H machines into operation, achieving large-scale mass production while maintaining extremely low downtime. Currently, Acepak is expanding its business into international markets and has begun supplying equipment to the United States. John Peterson concluded that the company consistently manufactures machines to high standards, aiming to provide global customers with robust, easy-to-use bagged filling solutions to tackle practical challenges in daily production.
