Nuveen Infrastructure Signs Contract With NIA for 2.2gw Offshore Wind Portfolio

Wedoany.com Report-Dec 11,Neptune Infrastructure Associates (NIA) and Nuveen Infrastructure have signed an agreement for NIA to provide day-to-day asset management services and strategic support for Nuveen’s northern European offshore wind portfolio.
NIA will assist Nuveen’s team with a range of services, including stakeholder management, value enhancement identification, risk management, reporting, project analysis, and cash flow management. The contract, starting in December 2024, builds on the existing collaboration between the two companies.
