This move expands Valicor's centralized wastewater treatment network into Pennsylvania, enhancing its service capabilities in the Mid-Atlantic region.

The newly acquired business, headquartered in Carnegie, Pennsylvania, operates a centralized wastewater treatment facility focused on non-hazardous wastewater disposal and oil recovery services. Through this integration, Valicor now owns 32 treatment facilities across 16 states in the U.S.
