The turbine bedplate for Unit 6 was successfully positioned, laying the foundation for subsequent turbine installation work.

The project is located in Honghai Bay, Shanwei City, Guangdong Province. This phase plans to construct two 1000-megawatt ultra-supercritical double-reheat coal-fired power generation units. Guangdong Thermal Power is responsible for the second bid section of the construction and installation works for the project's Phase II expansion, undertaking the construction task for Unit 6.

The positioning of the turbine bedplate is a critical step in the installation process of thermal power units, marking the entry of unit installation into a new phase. The construction unit strictly adhered to technical specifications during the construction process to ensure the positioning accuracy of the bedplate met design requirements.

Upon full completion and operation, the project will enhance Guangdong Province's power supply security capacity and play a positive role in building a clean, low-carbon, safe, and efficient energy security system for the local area.
