This review meeting was held at the Hongyanhe Nuclear Power Base. The expert panel, drawing on similar modification experiences from Daya Bay Nuclear Power Plant and Ningde Nuclear Power Plant, conducted a comprehensive and detailed review and discussion of the Hongyanhe modification construction plan, and provided professional optimization suggestions. After review, the experts unanimously agreed that the preparation for the P320 overall replacement and modification of Hongyanhe Unit 4 is thorough, the risks are controllable, and the conditions are in place for implementation during the H408 overhaul.
Going forward, the modification project team will strictly implement the expert review opinions, continuously optimize the construction organization and risk response measures, and make solid preparations for the smooth implementation of the modification.
