en.Wedoany.com Reported - GHH recently showcased the LF-7 Load Haul Dump (LHD) machine at the Kolkata Mining Expo. The exhibition is the largest event of its kind in India and, leveraging its Far East location, reaches surrounding markets. After the expo, GHH dispatched the unit to an undisclosed first customer, who also placed additional orders for other models.

Prior to the LF-7, GHH had already delivered a Tembo 4x4 electric utility vehicle to India. Built on a Toyota platform, this model is available in multiple configurations, including a pickup and a 10-seat passenger version. The first user, Hindustan Zinc, officially received the vehicle at an event celebrating the 75th anniversary of India's independence.

According to the manufacturer, the LF-7 currently features the largest bucket in its class, a more powerful engine, and outstanding gradeability. The machine has a payload capacity of 7 tonnes and a bucket volume of 3.6 cubic metres. With an overall length of 8,900 mm in tramming mode, a width of 2,240 mm at the bucket, and a canopy height of 2,200 mm when fully loaded, its dimensions also make it suitable for narrow vein operations. The unit has an operating weight of 18 tonnes and is powered by a 164 kW Cummins diesel engine, capable of meeting Tier 3, Tier 4, and EU Stage 5 emission standards.

GHH states that the robust frame and carefully considered design help keep operating costs low, with ease of maintenance being one of the reasons. Through the "GHH InSiTE" software, users can access and analyse vehicle operating data.

GHH's LHD product range, represented by the LF-7, covers payloads from 3 tonnes to 21 tonnes. Alongside a wide variety of low-profile loaders and electric loaders, the company is regarded as one of the major suppliers in this segment. Wheel loaders are just one part of its overall solution; as an equipment manufacturer in the rock logistics sector, GHH also offers a range of other specialised vehicles.
