en.Wedoany.com Reported - Siemens has launched Intelligence Center X, an industrial AI orchestration software designed to help organizations transform industrial AI from isolated experiments into scalable, real-world business impact. The platform creates a hybrid workforce model where humans and AI agents collaborate in an environment with shared context, workflows, and lifecycle intelligence.

Intelligence Center X enables enterprises to deploy AI-driven applications and agents faster by connecting data, models, and workflows on a single, controlled foundation, while ensuring full traceability and governance. The software combines the Mendix low-code platform with Siemens Graph Studio and AI Studio from the RapidMiner portfolio to create enterprise context, business-specific lifecycle intelligence, and orchestrated agents and intelligent applications, meeting enterprise needs to turn AI vision into tangible value.

Across industries, enterprises have invested in AI but often struggle to scale beyond pilots due to fragmented data, inconsistent governance, and AI insights not being connected to actual workflows. Intelligence Center X aims to bridge this gap as a production-ready system that orchestrates humans and AI agents on top of existing enterprise assets, providing full auditability and policy control.

"Intelligence Center X helps organizations move beyond AI experimentation by embedding intelligence directly into daily work, making it governable, scalable, and trustworthy," said Tony Hemmelgarn, President and CEO of Siemens Digital Industries Software. "AI delivers real value only when it is embedded in the execution of work. Intelligence Center X combines enterprise data with industrial ontologies and Siemens' knowledge graph capabilities in a controlled environment, enabling organizations to apply AI confidently and achieve consistent, measurable results."

Customers have already achieved measurable results. Vivix Vidros Planos, a Brazilian flat glass manufacturer, deployed nearly 30 Mendix applications connecting operational technology and information technology data from SAP S/4HANA, Siemens Industrial Edge, and Snowflake. Results include an 85% reduction in production problem resolution time, recovery of 6,000 hours of manual work within one year, and customer complaint resolution time compressed from five days to less than one day. Based on Intelligence Center X, combined with Amazon Bedrock and Anthropic's Claude, Siemens' AI-driven Virtual Engineer is advancing toward a complete digital twin strategy.

Intelligence Center X offers multi-agent capabilities. "With this system, we are prepared for the agentic future, enabling people and AI to work together in a more connected and efficient way," said Aristóteles Terceiro Neto, Industrial Transformation Manager at Vivix Vidros Planos. "We have already seen significant enterprise value, including up to 4x faster resolution of quality-related investigations and measurable improvements in shop floor decision support."

Customers have already seen acceleration. "Axiz is one of the first companies globally to deploy Intelligence Center X as a complete agentic enterprise system. By integrating AI/ML modeling capabilities, application development, and process orchestration for an end-to-end pricing use case, Axiz reduced manual effort by 95% and achieved 100% data ingestion accuracy," said Andrew Moodley, Chief Cloud, Digital, and Marketing Officer at Axiz. "Axiz is the first customer globally to integrate Intelligence Center X into a pricing use case. AI/ML development acts as the brain, while application development and orchestration capabilities act as the body."

Data foundation for agent execution. Intelligence Center X is designed to connect industrial data from engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and service, forming shared lifecycle intelligence that is AI-operable. As part of the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio, Intelligence Center X is designed to work with existing enterprise and operational data solutions, enabling agent workflows to run on trusted data across the broader ecosystem. This approach is supported by Siemens' data and cloud ecosystem partners.

"We are genuinely excited about the new capabilities Intelligence Center X brings to Snowflake customers," said Amy Kodl, Senior Vice President of Global Alliances and Channels at Snowflake. "The product works with customers' existing Snowflake data, complements capabilities like Snowflake Semantic Views and Cortex AI, and upholds our consistent focus on simplicity, connectivity, and trust."

Intelligence Center X offers three deployment modes: as an overlay on Siemens AI products, enhancing lifecycle intelligence with out-of-the-box industrial ontologies; as a standalone platform for asset-intensive organizations running other operational technology vendor products; or as a pure agentic enterprise platform for financial services, insurance, healthcare, and retail organizations requiring production-grade AI execution with full auditability.
