en.Wedoany.com Reported - EngineAI has inaugurated a new intelligent manufacturing base in Shenzhen and announced that the first batch of T800 humanoid robots has rolled off the production line, marking the company's official entry into the mass delivery phase and an expansion of its manufacturing capabilities.

The newly established EngineAI Intelligent Manufacturing (Shenzhen Honghualing) Base covers approximately 12,000 square meters and is designed to support the large-scale production of humanoid robots. The factory integrates complete processes including material inspection, component assembly and testing, final assembly, end-of-line testing, shipping, and after-sales maintenance.

The company stated that the facility can produce a new humanoid robot every 15 minutes, moving toward a delivery capacity target of 10,000 units. EngineAI founder and CEO Zhao Tongyang said that this production launch marks the company's transition from small-scale trial production to large-scale manufacturing.

"From the first test machine in 2024, to the small-batch production of hundreds of PM01 units in 2025, and now to the leap toward a delivery capacity of 10,000 units, we are entering a new phase of industrialization and commercialization," Zhao Tongyang said. He added: "By building a manufacturing system centered on quality, efficiency, and intelligent production, we are accelerating the process from trial production to mass production, and from zero to scale."

EngineAI stated that its manufacturing and quality assurance system is built around supply chain quality control, automated production processes, digital manufacturing management, and extensive product testing. According to the company, automated fastening, gluing, and laser welding technologies have increased production efficiency by 40% without compromising standardized processes. Each robot undergoes 79 quality inspections and 46 operational simulation tests before delivery. Additionally, the digital manufacturing system enables full traceability throughout the production process, allowing components and finished robots to be tracked across the entire value chain.

EngineAI co-founder Ren Guowen said the company also plans to expand its manufacturing footprint beyond Shenzhen. "As our intelligent manufacturing network expands to locations such as Shenzhen and Henan, these facilities will work together to better allocate production capacity and respond more quickly to the market, laying a more efficient foundation for future global growth," he said.

Founded in 2023, EngineAI focuses on developing humanoid robots and embodied artificial intelligence technologies. Its product portfolio includes the SA01, SE01, PM01, and T800 humanoid robot platforms, applied in fields such as commercial services, education, scientific research, and industrial manufacturing. The company stated that as humanoid robot technology moves from R&D to commercial deployment, they are collaborating with industry partners to promote broader application of the technology.
