According to Qichacha, the China Telecom (Shanghai) AI Industry Private Equity Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) completed its industrial and commercial registration on June 5, with the executive partner being China Telecom Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd.

In terms of capital structure, China Telecom Group contributed 980 million yuan, holding a 49% stake as the largest shareholder. Its subsidiary, China Telecom Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., contributed 20 million yuan, accounting for a 1% stake.
