Wang Ruiling, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Eighth Division of Shihezi City, Deputy Division Commander of the Eighth Division, and Deputy Mayor of Shihezi City, attended the signing ceremony and witnessed the cooperation. Zhou Jun, Party Secretary and Chairman of Tianye Group, and Li Zhihong, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of Huaibei Mining Group, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective enterprises.

She pointed out that the Tarbagatai coal mine and its supporting coal chemical project is not only a core industrial project strategically laid out by Tianye Group during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period but also a key project for the Eighth Division of Shihezi City to promote industrial transformation, upgrading, and optimization of the regional industrial structure.
