en.Wedoany.com Reported - Terra Metals (ASX:TM1) has released its latest assay results, indicating that the Southwest prospect in the West Musgrave region of Western Australia may develop into a single large magmatic sulfide system.

Company CEO Thomas Line stated that these results continue to demonstrate high-grade mineralization within the corridor between SW5 and SW6, with all reported infill and extension drill holes intersecting sulfide mineralization. He noted that the scale of the mineralized footprint revealed by drilling continues to stand out.

The Southwest prospect now has a defined strike length of over 950 meters, a lateral width of approximately 650 meters, and extends at least 750 meters from surface, while remaining open along strike and at depth. Most of the drill holes completed in the 2026 program are still awaiting assay results, providing room for further growth.

Highlights from the two most recent infill and extension reverse circulation drill holes include one hole intersecting 20 meters at 2.12 g/t PGE₃, 0.16% copper, and 0.13% nickel from 85 meters, including 2 meters at 9.74 g/t PGE₃, 0.19% copper, and 0.14% nickel from 85 meters, and 3 meters at 2.66 g/t PGE₃, 0.40% copper, and 0.26% nickel from 93 meters. Another hole intersected 22 meters at 1.21 g/t PGE₃ and 0.12% copper from 66 meters, including 3 meters at 2.15 g/t PGE₃, 0.28% copper, and 0.15% nickel from 85 meters, and 5 meters at 1155 ppm cobalt, 0.28% copper, 0.23% nickel, and 0.10 g/t PGE₃ from 3 meters.

All reverse circulation-diamond tail holes along the main Southwest sulfide zone are still awaiting assay results.

The Southwest prospect lies outside Terra Metals' existing 148 million tonne Dante mineral resource and forms a new mineralized corridor within the Jameson Layered Intrusion. The company controls approximately 80 kilometers of strike and 30 kilometers of potential width of this intrusion, within which multiple mineralized reef systems and sulfide discoveries have been identified.

Line stated that the existing Dante mineral resource demonstrates the fertility of the intrusive system, which hosts 148 million tonnes of resources containing platinum group metals, gold, copper, titanium, and vanadium. The Southwest prospect is emerging as a significant new discovery within a larger mineralized area, with its ultimate scale and potential gradually becoming apparent as the first Southwest mineral resource estimate progresses later this year.

Terra's next steps include diamond drilling, heritage surveys to support grid-based resource drilling, surface and downhole electromagnetic surveys, structural interpretation, metallurgical test work, and evaluation of other Southwest-style targets across the Dante project.
