en.Wedoany.com Reported - Adobe announced on the 19th that it is upgrading its generative AI service, Firefly, into an all-in-one creative AI studio, while introducing AI assistants into Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign, and Frame.io.

The core of this upgrade lies in the AI assistant's ability to coordinate multi-step workflows to execute tasks after creators describe their desired outcomes in natural language, aiming to help creators focus more on creative judgment rather than repetitive work.

Firefly's AI assistant integrates professional tools from Creative Cloud applications into a single conversational interface. Users can create brand kits containing logos, brand identities, and color palettes by describing brand style, name, and color swatches.

The service also offers the ability to create short videos from product photos, generating cinematic videos with advanced lighting, motion, audio, and brand styles, and supports quick editing that automatically organizes video clips centered around dialogue, narration, and visual content.

Storyboard creation capabilities have also been enhanced. After users input creative ideas, Firefly converts them into a sequence of visual scenes and generates videos based on storyboard frames.

Adobe also showcased the Firefly Creative AI Studio experience, which supports saving and reusing characters, locations, and objects through elements and projects to maintain style consistency across activities and projects. However, this feature is currently in a non-public beta phase.

Adobe detailed specific features for each Creative Cloud application. Premiere supports asset categorization, batch renaming clips, identifying interview questions, adding markers, and organizing drafts; Photoshop supports batch background replacement, resizing assets per platform, and organizing layers for compositing operations; Illustrator supports generating version files based on spreadsheets, reorganizing document layers, and checking for color mode errors and missing fonts before printing; InDesign supports updating layouts based on brand PDFs or existing templates, including copy, styles, and print readiness checks.

Frame.io supports organizing shooting assets and collecting revision feedback, while also helping create B-roll (supplementary material/coverage). After Effects' AI assistant is available as a non-public beta.

Adobe is also extending creative tools to external AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft 365 Copilot, and plans to provide connectors to Google Gemini and Slack.

The latest beta features of the Firefly AI assistant are available starting today in the Firefly web application. The integrated generation and editing space, elements, projects, and other new Firefly Creative AI Studio experiences will be offered as a non-public beta to applicants.

David Wadhwani, President of Adobe's Creative and Productivity Business, stated that every creator will be able to leverage the AI assistant for support and execution across all the applications and platforms they use.
