Golden Horse Rubber Malaysia was established in 2016 as Fulun Tire's first overseas base, with its Phase I factory commencing production at the end of 2018, achieving an annual capacity of 3.5 million tires. Construction of Phase II began in November 2025 and was completed and put into operation in June 2026. With the new factory in operation, the overall annual capacity of Golden Horse Rubber's entire plant has exceeded 7 million tires. The project is expected to provide approximately 500 local jobs.
