en.Wedoany.com Reported - South Korea's Doosan Robotics has launched a new AI-driven palletizing solution, PalletizHD+, which is scheduled to make its debut at Automate 2026, North America's largest automation exhibition, held in Chicago, USA, from June 22 to 25 at Booth #2241 in the South Hall of McCormick Place.

PalletizHD+ is designed to simplify the complex processes of traditional palletizing automation. Built on Doosan Robotics' proprietary palletizing operating system, PalletizOS, this solution integrates robots, artificial intelligence, and application control into a unified platform, aiming to make palletizing operations faster, smarter, and easier for manufacturers to deploy and operate.

The core advantage of PalletizHD+ lies in its high-speed processing capability. The solution can handle up to 11 boxes per minute and supports simultaneous processing of multiple boxes. This capability is powered by SwiftMove, an AI-based motion optimization technology. Before operation, SwiftMove analyzes the robot's travel path and optimizes its motion trajectory to achieve faster and more stable palletizing operations. By improving speed and motion stability, this solution helps users increase throughput and shorten the payback period of their automation investments.

The palletizing solution also enhances ease of use through an intuitive, smartphone-like interface. Users do not need extensive programming or engineering support; they simply input box dimensions and pallet conditions, and the AI automatically generates optimized stacking patterns. This feature facilitates faster changeovers when product types, packaging specifications, or box sizes change. Additionally, remote support capabilities help users check system status, troubleshoot issues more quickly, and reduce response times, further improving operational efficiency.

At Automate 2026, Doosan Robotics will also showcase an upgraded version of the solution first introduced with MARI at CES 2026—Scan&Go 2.0. This technology, based on Physics-Informed AI and advanced 3D vision, enables robotic arms to autonomously perform complex industrial tasks. At this exhibition, the company will demonstrate dedicated solutions for grinding and welding applications.

Additionally, visitors can experience Doosan Robotics' broader portfolio of intelligent automation technologies, including end-of-line (EOL) solutions for unpacking, packaging, and palletizing, as well as training kits.
