Siemens Gamesa to Deliver Egyptian Wind Farm

Wedoany.com Report-Mar 23, Siemens Gamesa has entered into an agreement to deliver a large wind farm in Egypt.
Under the agreement with the Egyptian government, the turbine maker will build, finance and operate a 500MW wind farm that will help the country achieve renewable energy targets.
The wind farm will be built near the Gulf of Suez.
Egypt’s Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly witnessed the signing of the supply deal between The Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company and Siemens Gamesa, which was announced on Facebook by the government.
