In his keynote speech, he pointed out that building high-level autonomous networks has become a strategic consensus among global mainstream operators. Globally, over 100 industry partners have signed the AN declaration, and nearly 30 operators have released autonomous network blueprints and begun implementation, striving to achieve ultimate network experience, simplified operations, and agile innovation. However, from blueprint to implementation, operators face long-standing challenges such as slow integration of multi-generational and multi-vendor coexistence, as well as new requirements for differentiated network experiences from diverse services under new circumstances, and new challenges like efficient inter-system agent communication.

Yang Chaobin stated that the layered intelligent open collaborative path can bring multiple values. In terms of real-time performance, high-timeliness scenarios such as fault self-healing and experience optimization are sensed and decided at the single-domain level, completing second-to-minute-level closed loops at the nearest point, addressing the lag in centralized scheduling response. In terms of integration complexity, the differences of multi-generational and multi-networks are converged within a single domain without being transmitted upward, allowing the cross-domain layer to focus on global resource orchestration and long-cycle strategy iteration. In terms of cross-layer collaboration, a unified agent communication standard serves as a common language, enabling efficient inter-system agent communication and large-scale collaboration, promoting efficient and intelligent linkage across the entire network.

Yang Chaobin called on the global industry to jointly practice the layered intelligent open collaborative path, by open-sourcing and co-building the A2A-T interface protocol, consolidating standards and ecosystem efforts, and accelerating the move towards high-level autonomous networks.
