en.Wedoany.com Reported - Fox Tungsten (TSX-V:FOXT) has initiated a fully funded 20,000-meter diamond drilling program at its Fox Tungsten Project in south-central British Columbia, Canada.

The company has mobilized the first of two diamond drills to the site, located approximately 75 kilometers northeast of 100 Mile House. Drilling has now commenced, with the second drill expected to arrive in early July.

The 2026 drilling program will focus on three key targets at the Fox and adjacent Silverboss claims. Approximately 60% of the drilling will target resource growth at Fox to support an updated mineral resource estimate and Preliminary Economic Assessment in the first half of 2027. The program will test the along-strike continuity and down-dip extensions of the BN, RC, and BK mineralized zones.

About 30% of the drilling will target exploration opportunities within the broader Fox claim area to discover new tungsten mineralized zones. The company will target deeper down-dip extensions of existing resource zones, as well as potential new areas at Fox North and the August showing.

The remaining 10% of drilling will focus on the nearby Silverboss claims to evaluate copper-molybdenum targets, including the 10 Mile Creek target and the Gus Zone copper soil anomaly.

CEO Steve Gray stated that with two drills operating simultaneously during the summer, a new camp in place, and a clear focus on resource growth and new discoveries, this program represents a significant step toward unlocking the full potential of the Fox district.

Drilling is expected to continue through October 2026, with assay results to be released periodically. The company will also conduct prospecting, geological mapping, geochemical sampling, and metallurgical testing during 2026 to support future project development.
