The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on deepening strategic cooperation and enhancing operational support. Su Longlong and Wu Dehai, Assistant General Managers of CAS, and Ai Qing, President of Honeywell Aerospace Asia Pacific, attended the meeting.
Lu Mei welcomed Mr. Anthony Florian and his delegation. She noted that Honeywell is a globally influential aerospace product supplier, making outstanding contributions to the safe and efficient operation of China's civil aviation through its exceptional technology. In particular, since CAS initiated industry-level aviation material support, Honeywell has granted exclusive distribution authorization for several key core components, laying a solid foundation for cooperation with broad development prospects. Lu Mei emphasized that during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, CAS will play a more active role in strengthening the stability of the industry supply chain. It is willing to continue deepening comprehensive and multi-level strategic cooperation with Honeywell, expand the scope of distribution support, fully support the domestic large aircraft in soaring the skies, and jointly promote the steady development of China's and the global aviation industry.
Anthony Florian expressed gratitude for CAS's long-standing trust and support. He stated that CAS is a pivotal customer and strategic partner for Honeywell in China's air transport sector, with distribution support agreements reached for multiple product categories, including auxiliary power systems, avionics systems, and power and mechanical components. He pointed out that following the company's independent spin-off and listing, it will focus more on flight electrification, aerospace product technology R&D, and aftermarket services. The strategic development directions of both sides are highly aligned, and he hopes to strengthen cooperation in areas such as maintenance and second-hand aircraft recycling, building on the existing collaboration in distribution support, to elevate the strategic partnership to a new level.
