en.Wedoany.com Reported - Jiangsu Shenzhou Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. (Shenzhou Shares) had its STAR Market IPO application accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange on June 30. The company plans to raise 2.522 billion yuan through this issuance, with Guotai Haitong Securities acting as the sponsor.

According to the prospectus, Shenzhou Shares' main business involves the research and development, production, sales, and technical support services of core components for critical semiconductor process equipment. Based on plasma source technology, the company provides high-end plasma power supply system products and related technical support for the advanced semiconductor manufacturing process chain.

Plasma power supply systems are indispensable core components for critical semiconductor equipment such as etching and thin-film deposition. This market has long been dominated by international semiconductor companies from countries like the United States and Japan, with the localization rate remaining persistently low. The technological development level of domestic plasma power supply systems directly constrains the localization progress of key equipment such as etching and thin-film deposition, and also affects the speed at which advanced process chip manufacturing can catch up with foreign manufacturers.

As a major domestic supplier of plasma power supply systems, Shenzhou Shares plans to use the raised funds to increase R&D investment in the advanced semiconductor manufacturing field, in order to meet downstream customers' product upgrade demands and drive the localization process of key equipment.

Financial data shows that for the fiscal years 2023, 2024, and 2025, the company achieved operating revenues of approximately 261 million yuan, 446 million yuan, and 654 million yuan, respectively; net profits for the same periods were approximately -22.3188 million yuan, 136 million yuan, and 209 million yuan, respectively.
