en.Wedoany.com Reported - ICF has been awarded a contract renewal by the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) headquarters to provide on-demand environmental policy and implementation services in support of statewide transportation infrastructure project delivery programs. The contract was awarded in the first quarter of 2026, with a ceiling value of $14 million and a term of three years.

ICF will help Caltrans accelerate transportation project delivery by enhancing cross-agency coordination, aligning reviews with compliance and permitting requirements, and streamlining environmental review processes. These services will help reduce risks and improve the efficiency of government projects.

"Completing the environmental review process efficiently and confidently is critical to delivering transportation projects that enhance the safety, mobility, and quality of life for California communities," said Kyle Wiggins, Senior Vice President of Energy, Environment, and Infrastructure at ICF. "We are excited to continue our 20-year partnership with Caltrans headquarters to help these agencies advance key infrastructure investments faster and more efficiently, while fully meeting federal, state, and local requirements."

Leveraging advanced technology and local teams, ICF applies deep industry expertise to help state and local governments secure funding and implement projects that deliver measurable results. For over 50 years, ICF has supported hundreds of complex transportation, water, and energy infrastructure projects across U.S. states, helping agencies and organizations navigate regulatory environments, manage statewide initiatives, and deliver localized solutions. By partnering with these agencies, ICF is helping build stronger, more resilient communities.
