en.Wedoany.com Reported - Actelis Networks (OTCQB: ASNS), a provider of network hardening solutions for IoT and broadband applications, announced that it has secured a one-year software license and service renewal from a leading North American operator that manages large-scale critical networks across multiple states, with a contract value of approximately $850,000.

The renewal covers maintenance services, disaster readiness support, and licenses for Actelis' Meta-Assist Element Management System (EMS) software. Through this network-hardening, highly scalable software platform, customers can remotely monitor, configure, and manage their large-scale deployments of Actelis network equipment. On an annualized basis, the renewal reflects an upgrade in software scope, demonstrating the customer's continued trust in Actelis' management platform.

Since the last renewal, the customer has upgraded to a higher major version of Meta-Assist EMS, which adds network resilience features, system modernization improvements, and operational capabilities tailored for large-scale mission-critical operator networks. The upgraded platform solidifies Actelis' position as a strategic software supplier in the customer's network modernization projects.

During this renewal period, the customer also continues to adopt Actelis' hybrid fiber-copper platform for new use cases, including deploying Actelis' MetaLIGHT solution for traditional T1-to-fiber convergence. This modernization use case represents a growth opportunity for North American operators as they converge hundreds of thousands of active legacy T1 lines with fiber.

Tuvia Barlev, Chairman and CEO of Actelis, stated that the renewal demonstrates that the company's management software and services are still considered essential in one of the largest and most demanding networks in North America, while the same customer continues to find new ways to deploy Actelis technology, ranging from software services to hybrid fiber platforms. He noted that the combination of deeper software utilization and broader hardware coverage is central to the company's expansion across its market footprint.
