The transaction brings Trillium's portfolio of critical mission valves, actuators, and flow control equipment under Flowserve's umbrella, enhancing its capabilities in traditional and emerging energy applications as well as industrial infrastructure. Trillium's valve business in France is not included in this acquisition.

Flowserve noted that the acquisition not only broadens its product line but also expands its service and aftermarket coverage. Trillium's installed base and specialized valve technology are expected to complement Flowserve's existing portfolio, strengthening its position in key end markets.

Flowserve stated that the acquisition advances its long-term growth strategy through disciplined capital allocation while expanding its engineered flow control technology portfolio to serve customers in energy, industrial, and critical infrastructure markets.
