en.Wedoany.com Reported - At 10:15 on July 2, the first trial train G55301 departed from Wenling Station, heading towards Yuhuan Station along the newly built Wenling-Yuhuan section of the Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taizhou High-Speed Railway (hereinafter referred to as the "Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taizhou HSR Wenyu Section") for train operation diagram parameter testing, marking the entry of the Wenyu Section into the trial operation phase and the countdown to the full-line opening.
Located in the southern part of Taizhou City, the Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taizhou HSR Wenyu Section passes through Wenling and Yuhuan, covering a newly built main line of approximately 37 kilometers with a design speed of 350 km/h. The entire line includes three stations: Wenling, Wenling West, and Yuhuan. The Wenyu Section is a passenger-dedicated line integrating functions of network connectivity, intercity transport, tourism, and economic development, primarily handling intercity passenger flow.
Once operational, the Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taizhou HSR Wenyu Section will fill the railway gap in Yuhuan City, establishing a new transportation pattern in Taizhou where "every county has railway access and a full railway network coverage." This is of great significance for accelerating the construction of Zhejiang Province's one-hour high-speed rail circle, improving the regional railway network layout, and promoting the integrated development of cultural tourism industries along the route.
The trial operation, conducted in accordance with the test outline requirements, includes tests such as train operation diagram parameter testing, fault simulation, emergency rescue drills, and train operation according to the diagram. It simulates the actual operational status of the line, serving as a comprehensive "real-world" inspection of high-speed rail transportation organization, train reception and dispatch, operation density, and equipment status, providing scientific basis for the official opening. The trial operation of the Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taizhou HSR Wenyu Section is expected to last about one month, with the line anticipated to be ready for opening and operation by the end of July.
