en.Wedoany.com Reported - The Atrazo City Council in the province of Biscay, Spain, has issued a tender for the installation of a 40 kWp coplanar photovoltaic self-consumption system with energy storage on municipal building rooftops. The project has a base budget of €412,411 (including VAT), with an estimated execution period of six months, and the bid submission deadline is July 16. The tender follows a simplified open procedure with ordinary processing.

The system will be connected to the municipal CUP and consists of 204 Exiom Solution (Asturias brand) EX470‑490TC 490 Wp photovoltaic modules and one Huawei SUN2000‑100KTL‑M2 100 kW inverter. Indoors, a Huawei LUNA2000‑97KWH‑1H1 energy storage battery using lithium iron phosphate (LFP) technology with a total capacity of 97 kWh will be installed. Project generation and energy consumption data can be visualized via FusionSolar software, supporting daily, monthly, and annual queries, with information displayed on a screen installed in an accessible location and also viewable via mobile devices.

The project is designed as a shared self-consumption model, with part of the installed capacity reserved for other administrative entities and private users. Specifically: 4.57 kWp is allocated to the Kortezubi City Council at the Barrutia installation site; 6.2 kWp is reserved for the Mendata City Council at the Loiola‑Frontón site; and 8.5 kWp is also allocated to the Mendata City Council at the Loiola‑Ambulatorio site. The project has not received EU funding.
