India's Oriana Power Secures 50 MW Solar EPC Contract

en.Wedoany.com Reported - On August 19, Oriana Power Ltd has secured an EPC contract to build solar power projects with a total capacity of 50 MW for a cement industry company in Rajasthan, India. The contract is valued at approximately INR 2.148 billion (including GST).

Under the contract, Oriana Power will be responsible for the project's design, engineering, procurement, and construction services. The project execution period is 9 months. Additionally, the company will undertake operation and maintenance services for 10 years from the commercial operation date of the project.

As of June 2026, Oriana Power's solar project execution pipeline has exceeded 2.5 GWp. The company has previously established multiple projects in Rajasthan, including a 75 MW solar project paired with 111 MWh battery energy storage signed in August 2025, and a 32 MW solar project paired with 20 MWh battery energy storage order secured in March 2026.
