Chairman Nirmal Minda noted in the report that the automotive industry is undergoing a structural, once-in-a-generation transformation in vehicle design and propulsion. He stated that Uno Minda's mission is to ensure that no matter how vehicles are designed or what powertrain next-generation mobility adopts, the company's components or systems will be part of them.

Minda outlined the company's roadmap centered on localization, global expansion, and sustainable development. The automotive industry is transitioning from internal combustion engines to alternative fuels such as flex-fuel and electric vehicles, as well as software-defined vehicles (SDVs), prompting auto parts companies to adopt multi-fuel technologies in India and globally.

Minda said the company is currently well-positioned to leverage macro tailwinds and explore global markets. The company recently secured an order worth ₹3.9 billion from the commercial vehicle segment in European and North American markets and is eyeing new customers in Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia.

Chief Financial Officer Sunil Bohra stated that exports are expected to account for a larger share of the company's revenue mix over the next three to five years, serving both as a growth opportunity and a hedge against concentration in a single market. The group said that amid changing global trade dynamics, Indian auto parts suppliers are poised to become long-term procurement partners for global companies, supported by policies such as the PLI scheme, investments in the rare earth ecosystem, the recently signed India-EU free trade agreement, and the easing of India-US reciprocal tariffs.

Minda believes a new era of export-oriented advanced manufacturing is ready to take off. The Haryana-based company adopts a multi-fuel technology strategy, positioning itself as a technology-neutral supplier to serve all segments of future mobility. Minda said the company's mission remains unchanged with technology: to remain essential to every vehicle on the road, regardless of its power source. In terms of sustainability, the company aims to source 60% of its electricity from renewable energy by 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality by 2040.
