en.Wedoany.com Reported - Enverus announced the completion of its acquisition of four operational exchange platforms from PDS Energy Information, expanding its digital network for completion coordination, well data sharing, production reporting, and produced water logistics in the U.S. upstream sector.
The transaction covers the Frac Interference Exchange, Well Data Exchange, Production Data Exchange, and AquaTrade. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Enverus stated that the PDS network facilitates approximately 80% of U.S. completion, drilling, and production data exchanges, connecting nearly 800 industry participants, including most major energy companies. The Frac Interference Exchange, with over 400 operators, helps companies coordinate hydraulic fracturing plans, identify frac interference risks, manage temporary well shut-ins, and improve wellsite safety in shared operating areas.
The acquisition also adds multiple platforms that enable secure automated exchange of drilling and completion data among working interest owners and partners, streamline production data reporting processes, and support produced water management through AquaTrade. This platform is a marketplace designed to improve water treatment, reuse, and trading in major U.S. basins.
Enverus CEO Manuj Nikhanj said integrating these platforms into Enverus' existing network was a natural step, unlocking possibilities for customers that a single network could not achieve alone. Enverus noted that the acquisition expands its digital ecosystem from commercial workflows to operational field data, connecting completion, production, and water management with existing revenue, joint interest billing, and procurement systems. The exchange services will continue to operate as these new capabilities are gradually integrated into the Enverus platform.
