At the booth, Product Manager Khawar Hanif demonstrated an S-band upconverter for RF signal generation, integrated with a GaN power amplifier. The demonstration signal chain was built entirely from Mini-Circuits components: the system receives a 1 GHz intermediate frequency (IF) signal, upconverts it using a 4.1 to 4.5 GHz local oscillator, and then drives the integrated GNA-63 GaN power amplifier. This platform delivers over 6 W of output power across its operating range with consistent performance, supporting frequency coverage from approximately 110 MHz to 6 GHz. Hanif noted that a complete solution is being developed as a single-board PCB platform to simplify evaluation and integration, and revealed that future versions aim to achieve output power up to 10 W and even 40 W in additional frequency bands. The GNA-63 is a gallium nitride power amplifier designed for efficient, high-power RF amplification, suitable for signal generation, test systems, and microwave applications requiring broadband performance.

Global Marketing Manager Angelo Andres used a 3D model of a superconducting quantum computer to showcase the company's RF and microwave solutions in the quantum computing field. In the demonstration, Andres explained the complete RF infrastructure required from room-temperature control electronics to the cryogenic environment where qubits operate. He highlighted the product portfolio for quantum computing applications, including connector-style RF and microwave components, surface-mount devices, amplifiers, attenuators, filters, cables, power dividers, custom RF assemblies, integrated subsystems, and rack-mount solutions. These products are used to generate, route, condition, and measure the microwave signals required for qubit control and readout. Mini-Circuits also provides specialized solutions for quantum computing developers, addressing the wide temperature variations in cryogenic quantum systems with low noise, high isolation, phase stability, and reliable operation.
