en.Wedoany.com Reported - The affordable housing component of the Francis Ranch planned community in Dublin, California, is moving forward. Named Eden at Francis Ranch, the four-story building will add 78 housing units as part of a suburban community developed by Trumark Homes. Eden Housing and Sunflower Hill are co-sponsors of the project.
The building will stand approximately 48 feet tall and span about 95,700 square feet, including a garage with 80 parking spaces. The project will feature 78 apartments ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units, with 77 designated as affordable housing, one reserved for an on-site property manager, and 20 units specifically set aside for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Architectural design is by KTGY, with exteriors featuring cement board siding, stucco, stone veneer, and metal awnings. Residential amenities include an outdoor courtyard, bicycle parking, a fitness center, and a community room.
The project is located at the intersection of Byrne Street and Central Parkway, adjacent to a recently opened public park within Francis Ranch. Francis Ranch is a 165-acre suburban development by Trumark Homes, expected to include 573 single-family homes upon full completion, with most lots already finished. Construction costs and timeline have not yet been announced.
