en.Wedoany.com Reported - The unit at Zalaid Banner Yonglin Biomass Thermal Power Plant has been safely shut down after completing its current round of power generation and residential heating supply tasks. The unit achieved a cumulative total of 288 consecutive days of safe and stable operation, setting a new record for the plant's phased long-term stable operation.

During the 288-day operation period, staff across all positions—including operations, maintenance, fuel supply, and safety—adhered to the safety production management system, conducting meticulous inspections and standardized procedures. The plant utilized local biomass feedstocks such as straw and agricultural and forestry waste to continuously supply clean electricity and residential heat. This model relies on the resource recycling of straw, processing agricultural and forestry waste while ensuring stable grid power supply and winter residential heating, and also boosting income for local farmers.

This long-term operation validated the stability of the plant's core equipment, the professional capabilities of the operations and maintenance team, and the standardized level of safety production management. It accumulated practical experience in long-term operation, winter heating supply assurance, and biomass feedstock consumption. After shutdown, the plant will initiate comprehensive deep maintenance and overhaul work on all units. The maintenance team will conduct hazard inspections and targeted management for core equipment and key systems, including boilers, turbines, electrical systems, environmental protection facilities, and heating exchangers, optimizing equipment energy consumption parameters and eliminating potential safety risks.

After the maintenance is completed, Zalaid Banner Yonglin Biomass Thermal Power Plant will continue to engage in the resource utilization of biomass straw, fulfilling its responsibilities for safety production, ecological and environmental protection, and residential supply assurance, ensuring power supply and winter residential heating.
