en.Wedoany.com Reported - GS Group showcased its solutions in the field of OEM production for electronics and industrial products—ranging from microchip packaging to servers, as well as mass production of metal and plastic stamped parts.

GS Nanotech demonstrated services in the design and assembly of microchips and system-in-package, plastic and metal-ceramic packaging, and automatic functional testing of integrated circuits according to JEDEC standards. The company handles complex microchip assembly from microcontrollers to processors and multi-chip modules. Packaging services are 100% localized at GS Nanotech, enabling customers to integrate the Russian stage of microchip assembly into the production chain of final devices.

The booth also featured computing technology solutions: solid-state drives with M.2 PCIe and SATA interfaces, and DDR5 memory modules in U-DIMM and SO-DIMM packages.

Another exhibit was a server, the production of which has been mastered at GS Group's manufacturing facilities. The systematic development of the holding company's capabilities in OEM production allows it to manufacture complex computing technology equipment and new products for Russian state and corporate clients.

Prankor (Пранкор) showcased its OEM production capabilities for industrial products and components. These capabilities include engineering and reverse engineering, metalworking, aluminum and plastic casting, tooling manufacturing, painting, assembly, quality control, and packaging. These operations are integrated into a unified production process, from technical development of the concept to mass production.

A specialized direction of Prankor is the manufacturing and repair of die-casting molds, stamping dies, aluminum casting molds, support components, and specialized fixtures. These capabilities are useful when launching new products, adapting designs for production, and expanding output of existing products.

Sergey Dolgopolsky, Vice President of GS Group, stated that for Russian clients, the ability to establish stable production chains domestically is increasingly important. Its enterprises can participate in project development at different stages: performing complex microelectronics operations, preparing products for production, and ensuring mass production. Mastering new directions, including server solutions, expands this collaboration and strengthens the localization of final products.
