en.Wedoany.com Reported - In early July 2026, Bechtle AG furthered its international expansion in the Dutch market by acquiring Interforce, a managed service provider based in the Netherlands. Located 25 kilometers north of Rotterdam, the acquired MSP was founded in 2002, currently employs 38 people, and achieved a turnover of €11.3 million in 2025. Interforce's key clients include Toyota, and its primary business involves providing highly automated cloud and managed services for small and medium-sized enterprises, covering modern workplaces, networks, and communications.

This acquisition helps Bechtle consolidate its existing market position in the Netherlands and unlock growth potential in the managed services sector. Bechtle stated that Interforce's organizational structure is similar to that of PQR B.V., which it acquired in 2022, facilitating subsequent integration efforts. Additionally, Bechtle expects to achieve cross-selling and synergies through joint service development and marketing with its other Dutch subsidiaries, which currently employ a total of 950 people.

For Bechtle, this transaction opens up new market prospects. Beyond strengthening its business footprint in the Netherlands, the company will also drive synergies among all its Dutch subsidiaries. Furthermore, Bechtle plans to expand the solutions developed by Interforce to markets outside the Netherlands in the future. Marijke Krist, Vice President of Bechtle Benelux, stated that with its business model focused on managed services, Interforce has become a trusted partner for medium-sized enterprises in the Netherlands. Its team is experienced, technically proficient, and maintains strong customer relationships. Both parties will work together to expand managed services operations in the Netherlands and create more growth opportunities for the entire group.
