Under the agreement, the two parties will combine Uracle's AI platform technology with Everybot's autonomous navigation robot technology to explore business opportunities in the physical AI and humanoid robot fields. Uracle possesses the enterprise-level AI agent platform "Athena" and the AI infrastructure operations platform "Orda." The Athena platform can integrate with enterprise internal systems to support information delivery, analysis, and business automation; the Orda platform supports integrated management and closed network deployment of heterogeneous graphics processing units (GPUs) and domestic neural processing units (NPUs). Uracle plans to extend its AI platform and operations technology to the robotics domain, providing robots with an AI platform and infrastructure operations system, enabling them to make judgments and perform actions based on on-site data.
Everybot is a company that develops household and commercial cleaning robots as well as food delivery robots. The company is currently focused on advancing autonomous mobile platform upgrades, research on service-oriented humanoid robots, and the internalization of robot foundation models, centered around its physical AI research organization. Everybot has mastered autonomous navigation-related technologies, including LiDAR-based position recognition, spatial recognition, object recognition, and obstacle avoidance.
Through this collaboration, the two parties will link Everybot's robot platform with Uracle's Athena platform to jointly promote the validation of physical AI solutions in industrial sites, acquire reference cases, build an Orda-based robot operations system, and conduct joint business development in the fields of humanoid robots and autonomous navigation robots. Uracle CEO Kwon Tae-il stated that by combining Everybot's autonomous navigation robot technology with Uracle's enterprise-level AI platform, the company aims to advance commercialization in the physical AI sector.
