The project is located in the Alta Industrial Park, Karawang City, West Java Province, Indonesia, with an overall planned area of approximately 27 hectares and a total Phase I construction area of about 26,800 square meters.

The winning bid amount is IDR 364.592 billion (excluding tax), with a tax-inclusive amount of IDR 414.360 billion and a tax rate of 13.65%. The project is led by Guangxi Road and Bridge Engineering Group Co., Ltd., in joint construction with the Indonesia Representative Office of China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation. The construction scope includes office buildings, main production workshops, comprehensive station buildings, oil depots, hazardous chemical warehouses, and other production support facilities, as well as plant roads and pipelines, parking lots, landscaping, and fencing. The bid evaluation was completed on June 25, 2026, in Liuzhou, Guangxi, and the winning result was officially announced on July 2.

Guangxi Road and Bridge Engineering Group Co., Ltd. is a direct subsidiary of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Investment Group Co., Ltd., and has been actively expanding into the Southeast Asian market in recent years. Previously, the company signed the Solo-Yogyakarta-Kulon Progo New Yogyakarta International Airport Expressway project in Indonesia in February 2026.

Liugong Group is a globally renowned construction machinery manufacturer, with Indonesia being one of its core overseas markets. Levi Lin, President of Liugong Indonesia, previously stated that the factory is targeted to commence production in 2026, with an annual production capacity reaching 5,000 units by 2030.
