en.Wedoany.com Reported - Magswitch will participate in Automate 2026, the largest automation exhibition in North America, and showcase its magnetic automation technology at Booth 3801.
The company's technology aims to help manufacturers improve productivity, increase flexibility, and simplify robot integration processes.
During the exhibition, the booth will feature six live demonstrations highlighting the power, flexibility, and reliability of Magswitch technology.
In collaboration with ABB, Apera AI, and Feedall, one demonstration showcases an ABB GoFa collaborative robot using Apera AI vision guidance and Feedall flexible feeding technology to precisely identify and pick individual carriage bolts. The Magswitch E30 electric magnetic gripper uses Variable Field Output (VFO) and intelligent part sensing to verify successful pickup and ensure accurate placement.
This application demonstrates how magnetic gripping technology improves the handling of small metal parts while reducing complexity and increasing reliability.
Another demonstration, in partnership with Creative Automation, FANUC, and Impaqt Robotics, features a FANUC CRX-10 collaborative robot equipped with FANUC 3D vision technology and dual Magswitch T20 magnetic grippers. The system identifies randomly oriented parts in a bin, precisely picks them, and transfers them to an organized tray. This application highlights the versatility of magnetic gripping in machine tending, kitting, and flexible manufacturing environments.
The exhibition will also showcase the new Magswitch PPE30 and PPE50 electric magnetic grippers. These plug-and-play solutions are designed for seamless integration with standard industrial I/O systems, featuring integrated part presence sensing and customizable pole shoe technology. The demonstration showcases the ability to handle multiple part types using a single gripper.
A demonstration using Universal Robots addresses the question of whether magnets can pick parts through cardboard, packaging, or other non-ferromagnetic materials. The SmartMagGrip E30 uses Variable Field Output and intelligent part verification to successfully handle ferromagnetic parts through non-ferromagnetic barriers, showcasing new possibilities for automation in packaging, logistics, and material handling.
As automation expands into shipbuilding and large-scale structural manufacturing, Magswitch will showcase its latest series of magnetic robot bases, including the AutoLatch magnetic base and T-Beam base. These solutions are designed for shipyard environments, allowing collaborative robots to be deployed on walls, ceilings, workbenches, and structural beams.
Throughout the booth, visitors can see how Magswitch solutions integrate with automation technologies such as robotics, machine vision, flexible feeding, and advanced automation platforms to solve complex manufacturing challenges.

Automate is the largest automation exhibition in North America, bringing together manufacturers, engineers, integrators, and technology providers from around the world. Attendees can explore innovations in robotics and collaborative robots, artificial intelligence, machine vision, motion control, industrial automation, material handling, Industrial Internet of Things, and smart manufacturing.
The Magswitch team welcomes attendees to visit Booth 3801 to experience the next generation of robotic gripping and automation solutions.
