en.Wedoany.com Reported - On July 6, Ennostar announced its June revenue. The consolidated revenue for the month was NT$2.134 billion (approximately RMB 452 million), up 2.11% month-over-month and 18.97% year-over-year.

In the second quarter, consolidated revenue reached NT$6.324 billion (approximately RMB 1.340 billion), up 20.55% quarter-over-quarter and 10.16% year-over-year. For the first half of the year, cumulative consolidated revenue was NT$11.569 billion (approximately RMB 2.452 billion), up 1.73% year-over-year. Benefiting from the peak season for traditional components and contributions from new optical communication businesses, the market expects Ennostar's revenue and profitability to continue improving in the second half of the year.

Ennostar continues to advance its Micro LED deployment. Related production capacity is expected to be ready by the second half of 2026, at which point revenue scale is anticipated to significantly increase compared to the first half. Ennostar is working with supply chain partners to integrate technologies such as mass transfer and electronic driving, and plans to complete mass production equipment setup by the end of this year, preparing for volume production in 2027.

In the optical communication field, Ennostar is simultaneously advancing product deployments for VCSEL, CW-DFB lasers, and Micro LED. VCSEL is expected to provide samples for customer verification in the second half of 2026; mass production equipment for CW-DFB lasers is expected to be in place by the end of 2026. Ennostar is also continuing to promote silicon photonics-related technology collaborations, with the earliest project mass production expected to begin in 2027.

Ennostar is concurrently developing short-, medium-, and long-distance optical communication light sources. For short distances (within 10 meters), it adopts the Micro LED CPO solution, integrating Dingyuan's high-speed photodiodes and glass RDL interposers. For medium distances (within 100 meters), the 850nm VCSEL transmission rate has reached 56Gbps PAM4. For long distances (500–2000 meters), the CW-DFB laser is produced using 2-inch InP wafers, with output power reaching 70mW.

In terms of industry collaboration, in January this year, Ennostar partnered with Germany's ALLOS Semiconductors to jointly advance the mass production of 8-inch gallium nitride on silicon (GaN-on-Si) LED epitaxial wafers, accelerating the application of Micro LED in high-integration display fields such as AR. On June 25, Ennostar announced a strategic partnership with Saphlux, focusing on the commercialization of semi-polar Micro LED technology, with key applications in AR micro-displays and optical communication.
