This facility consolidates the company's Parts, Accessories, and Apparel (PA&A) distribution operations into a single hub, serving over 2,050 dealers across 110 countries.
The facility will support the shipment of BRP's brands, including Ski-Doo, Lynx, Sea-Doo, Can-Am, LinQ, XPS, and Rotax. The company stated that all PA&A products will now be shipped to the Saint-Philippe center first, before being sent directly to consumers or dealers, or redistributed through BRP's other 16 distribution centers worldwide.
Michael Long, Vice President and General Manager of Global Parts, Accessories, and Apparel at BRP, stated that the center can process over 2.5 million orders annually, significantly improving service quality, speed, and accuracy while greatly optimizing operational efficiency. He described the facility as a vital component of BRP's global operations, aligned with the company's long-term growth strategy.
According to BRP, the facility spans 950,000 square feet (equivalent to approximately 18 football fields), making it one of the largest distribution and logistics hubs in Quebec. The company chose Saint-Philippe for its location, citing the local labor force and its geographic advantages in key markets such as Quebec, Ontario, the Great Lakes region, and the United States.
Christian Marin, Mayor of Saint-Philippe, stated that the inauguration of this center is not just a new building but a testament to the region's economic vitality, fostering community prosperity and confirming Saint-Philippe's appeal to international businesses.
BRP also announced a donation of CAD 75,000 to the Moussaillons-et-de-la-Traversée elementary school in Saint-Philippe over two years to support campus renovation projects.
The company revealed that the PA&A business generates over USD 1 billion in annual revenue for BRP, with sales having more than doubled over the past decade.
