en.Wedoany.com Reported - At the Interform International Cutting, Forming, Welding, Machining, Tooling, and Automation Technology Exhibition, three companies—4Tech, GloryMaq, and Sul Tools—presented industrial machining solutions focused on precision, automation, energy efficiency, and intelligent control, aimed at enhancing productivity and reducing waste.
Brazilian company 4Tech showcased a product portfolio covering the entire CNC machining process, totaling over 480 models, including high-end CNC machine tools, Swiss-type lathes, automation solutions, and fourth/fifth-axis technologies. Products cover vertical, horizontal, and five-axis machining centers, as well as CNC lathes and Swiss-type lathes for mass production and high-precision parts, along with drilling centers and integrated automation solutions to improve efficiency, repeatability, and operational safety levels.
GloryMaq, a manufacturer of machining centers, CNC lathes, milling machines, injection molding machines, and EDM machines, launched a range of high-performance machine tools with integrated intelligent controls at the exhibition. Its injection molding machines utilize servo technology, achieving energy savings of 20% to 80%, significantly reducing operating costs. The intelligent control system also helps minimize raw material loss and rework of defective parts. GloryMaq's machining centers are renowned for their structural stability and high precision, meeting the stringent tolerances and repeatability requirements for manufacturing automotive components such as engine blocks, cylinder heads, and brackets, helping to shorten production cycles and improve quality standardization.
Sul Tools highlighted its distribution of carbide rotary cutting tools, clamping tool holders, and tool managers for the machining and mold markets. Carbide rotary cutting tools offer dimensional accuracy, excellent surface finish, and high wear resistance, enabling faster cutting and higher feed rates, reducing rework and downtime. Clamping tool holders ensure machining stability and safety. The tool manager enhances control over inventory, consumption, and tool changes, improving traceability and cost management capabilities, supporting data-driven decision-making.
