en.Wedoany.com Reported - Spain's Ibarmia has launched the ZLV5_90.10 EXTREME machine tool, designed for cutting tubular components in the agricultural machinery industry. While efficiently handling high-volume production of short parts, it can also perform deep-hole machining on pipes up to 8500mm in length. The equipment is equipped with a tooling clamping system that can accommodate various irregularly shaped and differently sized tubular workpieces.

In terms of basic parameters, the three-axis travel is 9000×1000×9500mm. The vertical spindle is equipped with an SK50 motor spindle, with a rated power of 84kW, torque of 452Nm, and a maximum speed of 12000rpm. It comes standard with an Ibarmia 50-station tool magazine.

The core differentiator of this model lies in its worktable structure. It abandons the traditional fixed worktable and is equipped with two sets of rotary tables, each with a total length of 4100mm and no intermediate support, with a rotation angle of ±90°. Each rotary table is configured with 8 sets of pneumatic clamping jaws, with a single jaw clamping force of 20 KN, supporting quick-change clamping pads, and a jaw floating compensation stroke of ±2mm. The floating jaws can compensate for minor dimensional deviations during workpiece clamping. By quickly changing the clamping pads, different workpiece models can be switched without completely disassembling the tooling. The pneumatic clamping unit is fully linked with the cutting process, offering controllable clamping actions and a high degree of automation.

In terms of machining modes, the equipment offers two options. The alternating rotary table machining mode is suitable for workpieces with a length not exceeding 3900mm. While one side of the equipment performs cutting operations, the other side simultaneously completes loading and unloading clamping, reducing standby waiting time. The ultra-long pipe combined operation mode is suitable for scenarios where the workpiece length is between 3900mm and 8500mm. By removing the partition plate between stations, the two rotary tables are linked and merged into one machining station, supporting drilling of ultra-long pipes up to 8500mm.

This model integrates the machine body, five-axis rotary table, specialized tooling, and pneumatic clamping system into one unit. A single set of equipment can accommodate the machining needs of pipes of varying lengths, effectively reducing auxiliary working hours and ensuring stable and controllable control over the entire workpiece machining process.
