The 50,000-square-foot facility enhances the company's steel product manufacturing capacity. It is equipped with new laser cutting equipment, an automatic beam production line, and powder coating operations for producing custom modular offices, mezzanines, clean rooms, security booths, equipment enclosures, and other prefabricated structures.

The plant currently employs 15 people and plans to hire approximately 15 additional positions as operations expand.
