Located in Latiwas, Haryana, the hub primarily serves Punjab, Rajasthan, Delhi, and surrounding markets, aiming to improve freight connectivity and transit efficiency while enhancing processing capacity for businesses in northern India.

Spanning 150,000 square feet, the hub has a peak daily processing capacity of 2,500 tons and is operated by over 150 professionals. The facility is equipped with advanced sorting systems, multi-belt conveyor units, hydraulic loading docks, and optimized dock utilization capabilities, designed to accelerate cargo consolidation and reduce turnaround times. The hub will serve as a key transit node within the DTDC network, improving cargo flow along major corridors in Delhi and the north by reducing transportation bottlenecks and optimizing route efficiency. The company stated that the increased capacity will strengthen network resilience during peak seasonal demand.

DTDC CEO Abhishek Chakraborty stated that India's next phase of business growth depends on the strength of logistics infrastructure, especially as enterprises expand into tier-2 and tier-3 cities. He described the Bharat One Hub as an initiative to strengthen the company's network and operational flexibility, calling it an investment in the logistics backbone needed to support India's growth.

The Bharat One Hub is part of DTDC's Vision 2030 strategy, which aims to expand the national logistics network through continued investment in infrastructure, automation, and operational efficiency. DTDC's current network includes over 16,500 customer access points and more than 500 operational facilities, covering 96% of India's population. The company stated that the new hub will further expand the capacity and reach of this network.
