In May this year, the company secured an international rolling stock opportunity through a Letter of Award from a South African railway operating company, valued at over Rs 40.45 billion (Rs40.45 bn). The collaboration involves supplying more than 2,235 freight wagons of various types and 30 diesel locomotives, along with a proposed 15-year long-term maintenance partnership. Texmaco Rail described this opportunity as one of its largest international rolling stock orders and a key milestone in its global expansion plans. Management expects that domestic and international orders will jointly enhance manufacturing utilization and lifecycle service revenue in the coming years.
