en.Wedoany.com Reported - On July 8, 2026, satellite manufacturer York Space Systems announced the completion of its commercial acquisition of satellite terminal and multi-network connectivity provider ALL.SPACE. Following the transaction, ALL.SPACE operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of this defense prime contractor. The acquisition combines York Space Systems' orbital hardware platforms and mission command systems with ALL.SPACE's terminal product portfolio, creating an integrated tactical communications ecosystem spanning space, land, air, and maritime domains.

The core technology of the acquisition centers on ALL.SPACE's Hydra terminal series. This multi-link, software-defined ground terminal technology can simultaneously connect to Low Earth Orbit (LEO), Medium Earth Orbit (MEO), Geostationary Earth Orbit (GEO), and Highly Elliptical Orbit (HEO) networks. The anti-jamming mobile communication system operates across multiple frequency bands, maintaining continuous connectivity for mobile tactical platforms and automated military equipment deployed in contested, Global Positioning System (GPS)-denied environments.
The total value of the transaction is approximately $300 million, with a financial structure comprising $155 million in cash and 5.9 million shares of York common stock. This marks the third major corporate integration completed by York Space Systems since its initial public offering in January 2026. Previously, the company had strategically vertically integrated thruster supplier Orbion Space Technology and space solar component developer Solestial. Solestial initially outlined the preliminary parameters of the transaction in May 2026.
The combined hardware suite meets the stringent requirements of the U.S. Department of Defense's Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture framework. By integrating auto-tracking terminals with high-speed satellite manufacturing, this integrated framework aims to address tracking vulnerabilities of unmanned systems operating at scale in contested global theaters. Currently, the ALL.SPACE terminal division is expanding deliveries from its newly established U.S. base, while York Space Systems coordinates technology deployment and continues its investigation into historical defense software disclosures.
