The two companies held a meeting at the EDAG Fulda site and signed the Memorandum of Understanding, laying the foundation for cooperation in the fields of digital twins and industrial digitization. Framence can quickly and cost-effectively create dimensionally accurate, realistic digital twins, while EDAG PS contributes decades of experience in efficiently planning, developing, and optimizing industrial production environments. The cooperation aims to combine Framence's realistic digital twin technology with the engineering and smart factory expertise of the EDAG Group to jointly develop innovative solutions that help industrial enterprises digitize faster, operate more efficiently, and develop more sustainably.

Adrian Merkel, CEO of Framence, stated that signing the memorandum marks the beginning of substantive cooperation, hoping to demonstrate how digital twins create added value in the digitization of existing plant sites, from rapid data capture and updates to renovation planning and ongoing operations.
