The project includes the historic War Bond tungsten mine, the Tactite tungsten mine, and the Thursday tungsten mine.

Nevada was ranked the top mining jurisdiction in the Fraser Institute's Annual Survey of Mining Companies released on February 26, 2026. The proposed drone magnetic survey will be carried out by Pioneer Exploration Consultants Ltd., a company specializing in drone geophysical surveys. The survey plan aims to collect approximately 70 line-km of aeromagnetic data, using a tight spacing of 25-meter flight lines and 250-meter vertical tie lines to create a high-density geophysical coverage over the target area.

Vault hopes this survey will refine geological interpretations, identify structural trends, and delineate magnetic anomalies potentially associated with tungsten-bearing systems and historic mine workings. The company believes this geophysical program is a key step in transitioning from historic mine-scale observations and surface exploration to a more systematic drill target model.

"The War Bond Project is a compelling historic tungsten project located in one of the world's top mining jurisdictions, and our goal is to advance it aggressively but methodically toward drill-ready targets," said Quinn Field-Dyte, CEO of Vault Strategic Mining Corp. "This planned drone magnetic survey is designed to provide us with a higher-resolution subsurface dataset that can be integrated with mapping, sampling, historic workings, and structural interpretation. The objective is clear: delineate priority targets and develop a rigorous drill program."

The proposed survey will utilize a drone-based magnetic system, including the Blacksquare Hercules drone platform, the GEM Systems GSMP-35U potassium optically pumped magnetometer, and the GEM Systems GSM-19 Overhauser base station. This approach is designed to acquire high-quality magnetic data while ensuring safety, efficiency, and terrain-following flight capability during the survey. The survey plan will leverage publicly available LiDAR data to generate digital elevation models and digital surface models to support precise terrain following and obstacle avoidance. Upon completion, expected deliverables include a survey logistics report, total magnetic field map, first vertical derivative map, analytic signal map, and a processed and micro-leveled magnetic database.

The company plans to evaluate the drone magnetic survey data alongside existing and historical exploration information to identify targets for follow-up work, which may include ground truthing, mapping, sampling, and drill planning. The company cautions that geophysical anomalies do not necessarily indicate mineralization, and all targets require subsequent exploration and geological verification.

The War Bond claim group consists of 20 unpatented lode claims covering approximately 400 acres, located in the Delaware Mining District of western Nevada. The claim group includes the historic War Bond tungsten mine, the Tactite and Thursday historic tungsten workings, and historic tungsten mining areas. Available online historical records appear to treat War Bond, Tactite, Thursday, Old Discovery, and Knight Claims as related or overlapping property names within the same broader tungsten district. A MRDS-derived record from Western Mining History identifies the War Bond mine as a tungsten mine in Douglas County, Nevada, and lists Tactite and Thursday, Old Discovery, and Knight Claims as alternate names.

Another MRDS-derived record lists Tactite & Thursday, Old Discovery Claim, Knight Claims, Tungsten Valley Claim, Yellow Problem Claim, and Margret Claim as related alternate names, indicating the owner as Carson Tungsten Co., with an information year of 1952 and an operation category of past producer. Historical descriptions indicate that tungsten mineralization in the area is associated with scheelite-bearing tactite or skarn developed near granite-limestone contacts. A publication by the Nevada Bureau of Mines and Geology, "Mineral Resources of Douglas, Ormsby, and Washoe Counties," describes the Tactite Thursday claim block as located approximately 15 miles southeast of Carson City and notes that scheelite occurs in a small tactite area near a granite-limestone contact.

The MRDS-derived Tactite Thursday record describes the deposit as a W skarn, with scheelite as the mineral and gangue minerals including epidote, garnet, quartz, and calcite. The same record reports two main mineralized zones, including a west zone with scheelite grades of 0.3% WO3 over narrow widths, and an east zone with scheelite occurring in small pods with grades ranging from 0.25% to 0.45% WO3 over widths of 4 to 8 feet. Historical assay results from a Nevada Bureau of Mines and Geology Digital Library document, "Preliminary Examination of Tactite and Thursday Group," include grab and dump samples from 1942 and 1943. The document reports a grab sample from an upper drill hole on Tactite Claim No.1 grading 14.40% WO3, two additional 1942 samples grading 0.8% WO3 and 0.9% WO3, and a 1943 report from the University of Nevada State Analytical Mining Laboratory describing metamorphic rock containing garnet and trace scheelite with a tungsten trioxide grade of 0.35%.

Historical production records are limited. The MRDS-derived record for the War Bond mine lists production in 1953, with a period of 1952 to 1953, and reported grade descriptions of approximately 0.3% to 0.45% WO3. The Tactite Thursday MRDS-derived record indicates that 250 tons of test batch material averaging 0.3% WO3 were extracted from the Old Discovery East Pit. Based on these historical records, the project is a historically explored tungsten skarn system.

The company cautions that the mineral properties comprising its portfolio are the subject of extensive historical exploration, development work, and in some cases, past production. Historical exploration results, sampling, and other information cited herein were completed prior to the adoption of National Instrument 43-101 and do not comply with current NI 43-101 requirements and should not be relied upon. Management believes that the presence of historical work and past production creates a foundation for modern exploration. However, readers are cautioned that historical results, resources, or economic conclusions are not currently verifiable. To determine current mineral resources, the company will subsequently need to complete verification drilling, modern metallurgical studies, and an economic feasibility study compliant with NI 43-101.
